I have posted one query earlier, but i am also looking form submission data where i am collecting user email and phone number, how do i connect to users using their email and whatsapp, Tablesprint shows whatsapp broadcasting and email available as option, can someone help in this too please…
Two queries you have asked …one on email and one on whatsapp
- how to send email:
you can connect your mailbox by going to setting and attach your mailbox. We support Google and Microsoft emails as of now. check the screenshot below:
once you connected your emal, you can send emails to anyone from any worksheet in tablesprint, just select the records and click action > send > email
it will open the composer to send emails…check screenshots below
- How to send whatsapp
you can send whatsapp broadcast one way message using tablesprint such as offers, alerts etc. to do this, you just have to provide you whatsapp api key and details of your approved facebook business account via gupshup. Gupshup is our partner for whatsapp integration. You can also reach out to support@tablesprint.com to get help your whatsapp account setup. see the screenshot below.
Also note, you need to go to organization setting this time, you need to be admin to set common whatsapp sender
once whatsapp is connected to the account, you can send the message same as sending an email.
