Yes, we support twilio as of now for calling, but that takes few days to get activated for clients.

-Dialer should auto-dial leads and flash lead details on CRM upon connection.
-Tele caller updates lead details in real-time via CRM.
-Automatic call recording and transcription, integrated and saved in the CRM.
-Flexibility to change numbers periodically to avoid spam flagging.
-No exclusive numbers mapped to individual tele callers. -
Closing Manager Team
Team Size: Approx. 10 members
Setup: Each member will have a smartphone with the CRM app.
Required Features:
-Exclusive cellphone numbers for each member, integrated with the CRM mobile app for outgoing/incoming calls.
-Call recording and transcription automatically saved against respective leads in the CRM.
-WhatsApp integration: The same phone number should be used for WhatsApp messaging, with communication automatically saved in the CRM (non-marketing, one-to-one messaging). -
Sourcing Manager Team
Team Size: Approx. 10 members
Setup: Each member will have a smartphone with the CRM app.
Required Features:
-Exclusive cellphone numbers for each member, integrated with the CRM mobile app for calls with Channel Partners (brokers).
