I have fields in the line-items sheet, and I added a table in the order form. I also attached all the required fields to my order table. The fields are visible in the preview popup, but they are not visible when I access the share link.

Looks like the order form is not getting saved…if you can enable save button post enabling all fields by just making small changes like moving line item field slightly or any other field and save the form once again…it should work…let me know if its not working after that too…
I have noted down this as a ‘Request for fix’ also for future.
