Unable to trigger mail on update row conditionally

I have created a workflow to update the order status to delivered, and an email should be triggered upon updating the status to delivered. However, the email is not being sent.

It’s working fine without a condition, but its not working when I add a condition-based email trigger.

I followed all the steps, and it works fine when i don’t use any condition. However, when I apply a condition to the email trigger, it doesn’t work.
